How is it already the back half of August?! While it may not be Fall just yet, I know many of you start looking for Fall decorating inspiration around this time, so today I’m sharing 6 fun Fall centerpiece ideas that you can use in your Fall decor this year!

ONE:

First up on our fall centerpiece ideas round up is this super simple centerpiece! It’s easy to create with whatever you have already in your home and you can tailor it to your own personal style. Add your favorite Fall stems (mine are all faux except the eucalyptus, which I pretty much add to everything) to a white pitcher, flanked by some taper candles and your favorite candle sticks. Mine are all thrifted crystal and I used black candles for some contrast. I then added a stack of vintage pink glass plates topped with a pumpkin for some added interest.

Adding clusters of dinnerware is a very easy way to make a table look “set,” without actually fully setting the table. It’s also a great for guests when you are serving buffet style – they just grab a plate, serve, and sit!

TWO:

This next centerpiece is similar but even easier. This is typically how I keep our tables set throughout the year – with some form of a large bouquet of flowers. Here I just added a couple of pumpkins and Fall florals to Fall-ify it! I also love copper for Fall. Okay, okay, I actually just love copper period! 🙂

THREE:

Next up is a centerpiece with a bit more SPOOK! This is a great setup for a Halloween or Harvest dinner, and many of these items I got at the dollar store or on clearance at a local craft store.

The florals all came from the collar store as did the spider. The potion bottles (similar HERE) and velvet leaf placemats I got on clearance at Joanne’s and Michaels. I cleaned out some old wine bottles and removed their labels (soak them in a bucket of water for easier removal) and used those as candle holders for my black taper candles. The whole thing is placed on top of a Fall colored SCARF I found in the Target dollar spot! Add some fun napkins and dried baby corn to top off your place settings, and voila! A beautiful centerpiece and fully set table to boot!

FOUR:

Here is another fully set table, but if you just want a beautiful centerpiece, you can nix the place settings! This one consists of a textured table runner (similar HERE) to add texture and a neutral base. I then simply loaded the table runner with faux pumpkins and fall florals (purchases two years ago at Hobby Lobby). I added white taper candles in my vintage brass candle sticks for some added interest and a pop of metallic color.

A quick tip on a beautiful place setting: LAYERS! I truly believe layers absolutely make a place setting! Load up a placemat with a charger and a few plate sizes, and top off with a fun seasonal item, like a baby pumpkin or corn like you saw in the image above. You could also add a name card or party favor on top, too!

FIVE:

This is another take on my basic florals in a vase Fall centerpiece idea. Except this one is even easier! These florals were already pre-prepped and purchased this way at a local grocery store. In a pinch, run and grab a bouquet, add to your favorite vase, and flank with a few candles for some ambiance. Here I placed some taper candles in thrifted amber bottles, plus my favorite Fall Harvest candle from Prairie Girl Candle Co for a warm and delicious Fall scent. Because we ALL love walking into our host’s home in the Fall that smells like pumpkin, cinnamon, and all thing Fal!

SIX:

And this one is my favorite! It’s a tablescape I did from two years ago, and while it starts with more Fall florals in a vase, I elevated the look with loads of pumpkins on either side!

I used a combination of both real and faux pumpkins, and stacked some to add differing heights for additional visual interest. The blue vase also adds an unexpected yet elegant color pop for Fall.

I hope you enjoyed a few of my favorite Fall centerpiece ideas and that they got you in the Fall mood! Fall is my absolute favorite season, and since we don’t get Fall colors here in sunny San Diego, I do my best to bring all the Fall feels into my home through color, texture, and as many pumpkins as I can find!

Enjoy and happy Fall planning!

XO,

Ana
